2. SERVICES OFFERED
2.1. Nubele Spanish Lessons offers Spanish language lessons in various formats, including private lessons and group lessons.
2.2. Lessons are available in packs of 5 or on a monthly basis, with options for private, semi-private (two individuals), and small group (more than two individuals) settings.
3. LESSONS BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
3.1. Users can book lessons through our website’s booking system. Private lessons’ timings are negotiated based on availability.
3.2. Group lessons have fixed schedules, and users can choose from available time slots.
3.3. Lesson rescheduling is allowed only for private lessons, subject to availability. Group lessons with fixed schedules cannot be rescheduled.
4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1. Refunds are available for group lessons with fixed schedules within the first week of enrollment.
4.2. Cancellation of lessons must be done with a specified notice period, which can vary based on the lesson type. Refund eligibility for cancellations is determined according to our refund policy.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and booking.
5.2. Users are expected to attend lessons punctually and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All materials and content provided during lessons are the intellectual property of Nubele Spanish Lessons and are intended solely for personal use. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
